Issues in describing the purpose of form fields

Text contrast issues
There are several areas in the service where the contrast between text and background is insufficient. (1.4.3)

Contrast issues in user interface components
The color contrast of some components is insufficient. (1.4.11)

Overlapping text
Reading some texts may be difficult when text spacing is increased. (1.4.12)

Issues in form fields
The mandatory nature of form fields is indicated with an asterisk symbol without an explanation. Instructions for entering text are provided in English. (3.3.2)

Issues in error correction suggestions
Error correction suggestions for form input fields are not sufficiently detailed. (3.3.3)

Robust

Issues with element names
There are links, buttons, and input fields in the service whose accessible names are in English. Some fields lack names entirely. (4.1.2)

Success message is not directly conveyed to assistive devices
Information about the successful submission of a form is not directly conveyed through assistive devices. (4.1.3)
